The Project

The project promotes an interactive innovation model, involving producers, technicians and researchers, to improve the quality of local red wines and test practices that can be transferred to other areas of the Veneto region.

Project objective

GREWIP’s goal is to develop premium red wines and consolidate the region’s competitiveness, creating a benchmark for quality and the culture of winemaking excellence in the Colli Euganei area.

The Environment

This Veneto region has historically been dedicated to the production of red wines based on Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, that is the focus of the GREWIP project.
