Project for the improvement of the great red wines of the Colli Euganei area
GREWIP is the project dedicated to the great red wines of the Colli Euganei area, designed to enhance the territory and strengthen the positioning of Veneto wines through innovation, collaboration and the culture of winemaking excellence.

The Project
The project promotes an interactive innovation model, involving producers, technicians and researchers, to improve the quality of local red wines and test practices that can be transferred to other areas of the Veneto region.
Project objective
GREWIP’s goal is to develop premium red wines and consolidate the region’s competitiveness, creating a benchmark for quality and the culture of winemaking excellence in the Colli Euganei area.
Cooperative innovation method
The project adopts a participatory, bottom-up approach, applying specific production protocols, co-created and monitored with businesses, consultants, researchers and institutions, according to the Agricultural Knowledge Innovation System (AKIS) model.
