GREWIP Project: first-year results presentation for Great Red Euganean Wines on Monday, March 30
The GREWIP (Great Red Euganean Wines Improvement Project), the ambitious quality improvement plan for red wine production in the Colli Euganei area, continues. Following the first few days of field demonstrations, a crucial informational meeting will be held on Monday, March 30, at 6:00 PM at the headquarters of the Consorzio Tutela Vini Colli Euganei in Vo’ (Padua).
The meeting aims to present the initial data emerging from the experiment conducted over the past year, providing producers with concrete tools to optimize techniques in the vineyard and cellar.
The technical program will include two main focuses:
Vineyard Protocols: analysis of first-year results by Professor Franco Meggio (CIRVE) and Drs. Filippo Giannone and Filippo Scortegagna.
Oenological Protocols: presentation of data on micro vinification and cellar protocols with Professors Lorenzo Guerrini and Matteo Marangon (CIRVE) and with the technical team composed by Alessandro Zanchin, Daniele Stenico and Guido Busatto.
The initiative benefits from the synergy of numerous local partners, including CIRVE, the Consorzio Tutela Vini Colli Euganei and Impresa Verde Padova, and it is funded by the Rural Development Complement for Veneto 2023-2027.
How to participate: participation is open to all members and interested operators upon registration. You can confirm your attendance by sending an email to segreteria@collieuganeidoc.com.
