Project for the improvement of the great red Euganean wines
The Colli Euganei represent an area in the Veneto region with a strong winemaking vocation, historically oriented towards red wines based on Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.

Project
The GREWIP project aims to improve the great red Euganean wines, becoming a benchmark for enhancing the strategic positioning of Veneto wines. The project’s goal is to develop shared protocols for winemaking excellence.
Context and Challenge
From a methodological perspective, the project involves the application of production protocols specific to the area, which will be monitored and evaluated through co-decision-making and co-creation processes involving all partners:
as well as activating imitative approaches in companies outside the partnership.
Objective
The goal is to create an interactive innovation model based on cooperation and participation, to develop a culture of winemaking excellence in the Colli Euganei area, as foundation for the production of great red wines.
