The Consortium for the Euganean Wines Protection, based in Vo’ (PD), is the official organization dedicated to the promotion, protection and valorisation of local wine denominations, such as the DOC Colli Euganei and the DOCG Fior d’Arancio. Through an analysis laboratory, technical support to companies and events organization, the Consortium guarantees the quality and authenticity of local wines.
