GREWIP Project: demonstration day in Vo’ on Tuesday, March 10th, on winemaking protocols and micro vinification tasting

The journey of innovation and valorisation of the great Euganean red wines reaches its third edition. As part of the GREWIP (Great Red Euganean Wines Improvement Project), a new demonstration day will be held, dedicated to the analysis of the initial experimental results and cutting-edge winemaking techniques.

The event will take place on Tuesday, March 10th, at 4:00 PM, hosted by the Società Agricola Bacco e Arianna in Vo’ (Padua).

Agenda for the day: the meeting will focus on a detailed illustration of the experimental phases carried out so far. Especially, the experimental winemaking protocols adopted will be presented and a technical tasting of the micro vinification obtained during the project’s first year will be held.

Experts meet: the discussion will be enriched by contributions from leading academics and industry experts:

  • Prof. Lorenzo Guerrini and Prof. Matteo Marangon (CIRVE).
  • Dr. Alessandro Zanchin, Dr. Daniele Stenico and Dr. Guido Busatto.

Institutional framework: the initiative is funded by the Rural Development Complement for Veneto 2023-2027 (Intervention Code SRG 01/0/FAOS3). The organization responsible for providing information is the Consorzio Tutela Vini Colli Euganei, with the support of Impresa Verde Padova and the project partners.

We look forward to sharing the progress of this important research project, which aims to position the red wines of the Colli Euganei area at the top of the national winemaking scene.
